Colours can hold tons of hidden significance from a decorating standpoint. Red, for instance, is frequently utilised to stimulate hunger, blue is viewed as a calming coloryellow is supposed to make us feel happier. Our tastes of these colours can show a great deal about our own personalities, specifically when we use them to decorate the walls of our personal refuge: our bedrooms. What color you paint your bedroom may show a great deal about who you are, and so can the colour, saturation, and brightness of each colour. |} So what does your bedroom colour reveal about you?
We've enlisted Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute and author of book Colours for Your Every Mood, to break down things to us, color by color.|}
Yellow is luminous and warm and so are the people who prefer it," says Eiseman. |} They love innovation and creativity.
Shades of the purple family are usually preferred by those that have an extremely creative streak, and Lilac lovers hope for uniqueness but lean to the more sentimental, softer aspect of purple.
"Blue lovers are entirely devoted to the colour. If darker blues are your favorites, you prefer the shades that feel as the descending twilight hours--silent , peaceful and thoughtful."
